Refund policy

Every Playfield Prints item is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong phone model or the wrong size.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items. We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective or misprinted. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at fadalkun1@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo. There is no need to return the item unless we ask.

Order changes and cancellations. Changes or cancellations are possible only until production starts (usually within a few hours of ordering). After that the item cannot be changed.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
