Shipping
- Every item is made to order. Production takes 3-7 business days.
- Shipping time is added after production and depends on destination and method. Estimated ranges are shown at checkout.
- Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Orders with multiple items can ship separately and arrive on different days.
- Please double-check your shipping address and phone model before ordering.
- Taxes, duties and import fees for international orders are the customer's responsibility.
Returns, replacements and refunds
- Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, the wrong phone model or the wrong size.
- We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective or misprinted. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at fadalkun1@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo. No need to return the item unless we ask.
- Order changes or cancellations are possible only until production starts (usually within a few hours).
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
